1General Terms

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. bu33's wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus offer is active.
• Bonuses are only usable on designated games on the bu33 platform.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• bu33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

You have the opportunity to be automatically promoted to a higher tier based on your gaming activity. The benefits and conditions of each tier are separate, and bu33 reserves the right to change them at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bu33 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of or using another person's account.
• Attempting fraud, hacking, or any form of cyber attack on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial means.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the account.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users of the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bu33

bu33 may temporarily or permanently suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of terms and conditions.
• If it is confirmed that false information was provided during identity verification.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Closure by User

If you wish to close your own account, please submit a written request to our support team. Active bonus conditions and pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. Any valid balance will be returned.

9Limitation of Liability

bu33 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical disruptions.
